The Great Room
The Great Room is the heart of our resort. Here you’ll find a refined, spacious Bahamian lodge ready to welcome you at all times of the day. The stylish white-washed interior and deep blissfully comfortable sofas combine to create a bright, airy space with a positively laid-back atmosphere.
When you’re not relaxing on the beach or in your villa, you’ll find yourself gravitating to the Great Room. Start your day here with a delicious, hearty breakfast; pop up from the beach to relax over a coffee or a spot for lunch; sip on a cool juice while you and your partner play one of our board games; call by at sunset for a well-deserved cocktail or glass of champagne at the Bar; and sit out on the terrace under the stars for the ultimate romantic dinner for two. And then do it all again tomorrow.
Views from the Great Room are spectacular: lose yourself in the moment as you gaze out across the infinity pool to the Azure Bahamian water. The lodge’s terrace spreads down over three levels towards the beach, with alfresco dining on the upper decks, and the lower deck providing the perfect sun-trap for bathers.
Above the water, South Andros Island lends itself to classic sailing experiences and access to world-class fishing, while the interior is a heaven for exploring one of the Bahamas's most pristine tropical wildernesses.
The Pool
There are few more relaxing experiences on earth than lazing by the pool at Tiamo. Recline on one of our comfortable lounge chairs by the cascading natural infinity pool that looks out over the South Bight.
